Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping in Newmarket and Aurora! For surrounding areas like Markham, Richmond Hill, King City, Bradford, East Gwillimbury, Innisfil and Barrie, shipping is ONLY $5. Across Canada, shipping is FREE on orders over $150. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location. For more info, check our main shipping page here
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping (available at checkout) takes 1-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within Canada, but we hope to offer international shipping soon!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Online orders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags. Some items (like jewelry and final sale items) are non-returnable. See full return details here.
Can I return or exchange an item I bought in-store?
In-store purchases can be exchanged within 14 days for another size or product, but we don’t offer refunds. Jewelry and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Easy! Just email us at shop@lemonberry.ca, and we’ll guide you through the process. If your item is defective or damaged, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll send a return shipping label.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Lemonberry gift cards are the perfect way to treat someone to stylish fashion and accessories. Available in multiple amounts, they can be purchased online (delivered via email) or in-store. Plus, they’re now 100% recyclable! Shop gift cards here.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you carry Canadian-made brands?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, almost our entire collection is made up of Canadian-designed and founded brands like Gentle Fawn, Pink Martini, Foxy Originals, and more. Browse our Canadian collections here.
What does 'sustainable fashion' mean at Lemonberry?
It means making thoughtful choices! Many of our brands use eco-conscious materials and ethical production methods. Our goal is to make the entire store fully sustainable in the near future.
