At Lemonberry, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible—from browsing to receiving your order. Enjoy free shipping (COMING SOON) on orders over $150 (*see details below), with additional shipping options available.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping for orders under $150 is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.

Conditions for Free Shipping:

Free shipping applies to standard orders over $150 within eligible regions. However, extra shipping fees may apply if your order contains oversized or bulky items, or requires multiple boxes. These charges will be clearly communicated after checkout.

  • Oversized or Bulky Items: Products like large coats or other items that require extra packaging may incur additional shipping fees.
  • Multiple Boxes: Orders with multiple items that require separate packaging will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available during checkout, typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lemonberry, we want you to love everything you buy from us. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how to return or exchange your item:

Online Purchases:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility for Return: We offer full refunds or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and untried-on items with original tags.
  • Final Sale Items: Final Sale items (e.g., blowout sale items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Jewelry: Jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Exchange Window: In-store purchases may be exchanged within 14 days for a different size, color, or product, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
  • Final Sale Items: Final Sale and jewelry items are not eligible for exchange or return.

How to Return/Exchange:

  • For Online Returns: Please follow the return instructions included with your order or contact our customer service team at shop@lemonberry.ca.
  • In-Store Exchanges: In-store exchanges can be made at Lemonberry, located in Aurora, ON.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at shop@lemonberry.ca. to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Ship Back the Item: Ship the item back to us at the address we provide. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll provide you with a free return shipping label and process a replacement or refund.
